On Becoming a Resilient School Psychologist

School psychologists routinely face professional challenges including conflicts with administrators, excessive workloads, mandated job changes, ethical dilemmas, and workplace conflicts. These difficult situations can result in significant stress as well as burnout. This keynote will explore how school psychologists can engage in professional practices that will increase their resilience and long term satisfaction as a school psychologist.
